I serve as Associate Dean of the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy at Florida State University. My administrative portfolio encompasses research development and support, endowment stewardship, and Academic Analytics.

Research Development and Support

I provide college-level leadership for research development and support, working to strengthen the infrastructure that facilitates faculty scholarship, grant activity, and interdisciplinary collaboration. My responsibilities include coordinating research initiatives, supporting faculty research development, facilitating interdisciplinary partnerships, and working with the college’s Academy of Scholars to create opportunities for collaboration.

Endowment Stewardship

I oversee the stewardship of college endowments in coordination with academic departments, schools, and centers. This work includes developing consistent spending and reporting practices and supporting the responsible use of endowment resources in accordance with donor intent and academic priorities.

Academic Analytics

I lead the college’s implementation and use of Academic Analytics to inform research assessment, benchmarking, faculty development, and strategic planning. This work emphasizes responsible interpretation of research metrics, appropriate disciplinary comparisons, and identifying opportunities to strengthen research collaboration.
